Super easy rice cooker stew meat
Super easy recipe for stewing meat in a rice cooker, with 5 steps. This is the size of the pork, with a little fat, so you don't need to add oil, hahaha.

Method
- 01
Step 1
This is the size of a pork belly, with a bit of fat, so I don't need to add oil, hahaha.

- 02
Step 2
Cut everyone into small pieces and set aside. Add scallions, ginger, and garlic according to your personal preference. I couldn't find any scallions, otherwise, sprinkling some on top when serving would look very nice.

- 03
Step 3
Blanch the meat and discard the foam. Boil the meat in cold water, and once it boils, remove the meat. Boil a new pot of water, and once it boils, add the meat, carrots, ginger, and garlic. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and salt to taste, according to your mood, feeling, or experience. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

Step 4
Add the cucumber after it has been cooking for about ten minutes; cucumbers don't taste good if cooked for too long. You can taste it halfway through and add some seasonings as needed.

- 05
Step 5
Once cooked, it's ready to serve! As a meal, I also had a fruit salad, millet porridge, and a steamed bun. Burp, I'm stuffed! It's quite a nice meal for someone like me who doesn't have many tools and ingredients.
