Sweet potato toast

   Step 1

   Steam the sweet potatoes until cooked, then mash them into a puree.

   Add all ingredients to a bread machine and knead for 30 minutes, then let it rise until doubled in size.

   Divide into three parts

   Roll into long strips

   Place in the oven and let rise a second time until it reaches 80% of the full height. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius and bake on the lower rack 45 minutes.
