Steps for making stir-fried green beans with pork

Thinly sliced snowflake pork

First, marinate the ingredients. The order of marinating is very important. Start by adding oil and mixing thoroughly.

Add cornstarch and mix well again.

Add about 1.5 tablespoons of Weishida light soy sauce and mix well.

Set aside for later use

Soft green beans, it must be soft green beans, not crunchy green beans. One serving is about 4 beans.

Wash it clean and cut it into pieces about 4 cm long.

Add a spoonful of lard to the pot

Smash 3 cloves of garlic

First, sauté the garlic until it's fragrant and slightly browned, then move it to one side and add the marinated pork.

Stir-fry the pork until fragrant, skimming off any excess oil, otherwise the oil will make the dish taste unpleasant.

Pour in the green bean segments

Add enough water to submerge the green beans, and a spoonful of light soy sauce.

A pinch of salt, simmer the green beans until cooked.

Braised green beans

After simmering until cooked through, add cornstarch slurry (water + cornstarch).

After adding the cornstarch slurry, stir quickly until well combined and the sauce thickens.

Plate it up and enjoy!
