My mom's super delicious sweet and sour tiger skin pepper recipe steps

First, wash the bell peppers. Don't put anything in the pot. Then, put the bell peppers directly into the pot and stir-fry over medium-high heat.

Stir-fry the bell peppers until the moisture evaporates, they release their spiciness, and they become wrinkled. Remove them from the water and set aside.

After removing them from the water, wash the pot clean, then pour in oil. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it's about 80% hot, then add the bell peppers that you just removed from the water. Stir-fry them a few times to make sure each bell pepper is coated with oil.

Next, add the chopped garlic and fermented black beans, and stir-fry again.

Turn the heat to low, then add appropriate amounts of light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, chicken bouillon, and salt in that order. Then turn the heat to high and continue stir-frying.

Remove from heat and plate! It tastes even better with porridge after it cools down! 😋 So delicious!
