My kid loves chicken wings, but fried chicken isn't healthy, so I usually make cola chicken wings and braised chicken wings. But today he suddenly had a craving, so I decided to make some. It's okay to have them occasionally! 😂

Steps for making pan-fried chicken wings

A group photo of all the seasonings.

Wash the chicken wings, cut them in half, and let them air dry.

Add scallions, ginger, and garlic.

One and a half spoonfuls of light soy sauce.

Half a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

A spoonful of cooking wine. (Please ignore the soy sauce at the bottom 😂)

Sprinkle with ground black pepper, sea salt, and cornstarch.

Mix well

Let it sit for at least half an hour; the longer it sits, the more flavorful it will be. (The spoon is a small spoon I used to add the starch.)

Heat the oil, then reduce to medium-low heat and fry until the surface is slightly browned.

That's about right.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir-fry the chicken wings

Add chopped scallions and barbecue seasoning before plating.
