   Step 1

   Separate the egg whites and liquids into bowls

   Chop the scallions and dice the ham.

   Add egg whites to the ham and egg mixture, along with chopped scallions, and mix well. First, pour the egg mixture into a frying pan and cook on both sides until set. Then, cook the egg whites on both sides until set and place them on top of the cooked egg mixture.

   Roll it up with your hands and cut it into pieces with a knife.
