Steps for making braised cabbage and tofu

Slice the pork belly, tear the cabbage into large pieces, and slice the tofu.

Heat oil in a pan, then sprinkle a little salt evenly into the pan.

Pan-fry the tofu until both sides are lightly browned, then remove from the pan.

Heat a little oil in a pot, add the pork belly and one star anise, and sauté the pork belly until it turns slightly golden brown.

First, stir-fry the cabbage stalks, then add the cabbage leaves and stir-fry until the leaves wilt.

Add scallion segments, ginger slices, dried chili peppers, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry the cabbage until it is colored.

Add water, pan-fried tofu, and a handful of glass noodles and bring to a boil.

Add salt and simmer over high heat for 8 minutes.

Add pepper powder, mix well, remove from heat, plate, and sprinkle with chopped scallion leaves.
