Northeastern home-style dishes are refreshing and delicious, and the key is to buy good quality tomatoes, otherwise they won't taste good.

Steps for making stir-fried tomatoes and cabbage

Perfectly refreshing and light

Use only 1/3 of the amount of minced ginger shown in the picture, otherwise it will be too spicy.

Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the garlic slices until they release a slight aroma (more oil would definitely make it taste better, but I wanted to use less oil).

Stir-fry the tomato slices for a few seconds, then add salt.

To make the tomatoes release their juice, if the tomatoes you bought aren't very good quality, they might have very little juice. In this case, you can add a little water. Note that medium heat is sufficient.

Add shredded pickled mustard greens (about the thickness of a chopstick) and shredded chili peppers.

Stir-fry until slightly wilted. Similarly, if there's too little sauce, add a little water, about 1/5 bowl at a time.

Adding minced ginger and garlic makes it taste better; you can omit them if you don't like them. Add 7 grams of light soy sauce and stir-fry.

Thirteen Spices (There are too many pictures here, I'll post a tiny bit next time, you can omit it if you don't like it)

Stir-fry

Very fresh

It tastes great. I added bird's eye chili because there wasn't enough green chili, and I like it spicy. One serving is a bit too much for one person, but not enough for two.
