🍱Bento Box - Chicken breast with broccoli salad + cumin king oyster mushrooms + braised beef + mixed grain rice

Tear the king oyster mushrooms into strips, stir-fry over low heat until slightly dry, then drizzle with oyster sauce, a little salt, and plenty of cumin.

Blanch the broccoli;

Marinate the chicken breast in advance and pan-fry over low heat. Remove from the pan and place on a plate to rest. Cut into pieces and mix with broccoli. Drizzle with a little vinaigrette and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix well.

Broccoli and chicken breast salad is simple and easy to make, perfect for summer!

For the cumin-flavored king oyster mushrooms, be sure to sprinkle plenty of cumin; either cumin seeds or cumin powder will do. Slice and freeze the braised beef prepared over the weekend; simply reheat a few slices when needed.

🍱Bento Box - Shrimp and Egg Stir-fry + Garlic, Mushroom, and Okra + Quinoa Rice

Prepare the shrimp, pan-fry them in a non-stick pan over low heat; then mix them with the beaten eggs;

Fry eggs with a little oil, then sprinkle with ground black pepper before serving; for scrambled eggs, remember to heat quickly over high heat, then reduce to low heat, and use eggs that are safe to eat raw;

Blanch the okra and remove the stems; sauté minced garlic, add shiitake mushrooms and a little water to cook and bring out the flavor, then drizzle with oyster sauce and salt to taste, and pour over the okra;

Garlic, mushroom, and okra is a refreshing and easy-to-make dish; adding mushrooms makes it much more flavorful.

Remember to grind some black pepper when making shrimp and egg stir-fry;

Use pork tenderloin; no marinating is required, just mix in the seasonings.

Set aside the scrambled eggs that have clumped together; stir-fry the spinach until softened, then mix it with the eggs—it's delicious.

Blanch lotus root slices and wood ear mushrooms;

After the meat changes color, quickly add the vegetables and a little chili, stir-fry to season, and drizzle with a little vinegar before serving.

Stir-fried lotus root slices and wood ear mushrooms with pork: The crunchy lotus root slices and wood ear mushrooms, paired with the refreshing pork tenderloin, have a light spiciness and are very fragrant;

Stir-fried spinach with eggs is much more flavorful than simply stir-frying spinach; I added red dates when steaming the rice, it was so sweet;

🍱Bento Box - Garlic Okra + Crab Stick Scrambled Eggs + Seaweed Rice

Shred crab sticks into strips, mix with eggs, and stir-fry over low heat until cooked. It's that simple, but delicious. Blanch okra, remove the roots, and make a garlic sauce for seasoning.

Remember to sprinkle some ground black pepper on the eggs; simply mix the rice with sesame seaweed.

🍱Bento Box - Vegetable and Tofu Skin Rolls + Stir-fried Pork Tenderloin with Green Peppers + Mixed Grain Rice

Meal preparation is complete;

Season the pork tenderloin and stir-fry it with green peppers until cooked;

Cook the tofu skin until soft;

Egg, spinach, and carrot mixed seasoning;

Add a little starch, then place it on the tofu skin;

Roll it up and steam for 10 minutes; let it cool slightly and then cut it into sections.

Simply prepare a sauce;

Vegetable and tofu skin rolls are more chewy when rolled up, and every bite is full of flavor when dipped in sauce.

Stir-fried pork tenderloin with green peppers is refreshing with a slight spiciness, and it's even more fragrant when sprinkled with white sesame seeds;

🍱Bento Box - Green Pepper and Cumin King Oyster Mushrooms + Braised Beef + Quinoa Rice

The braised beef for the meal was stewed in advance, sliced and frozen, and can be used as needed.

Tear the king oyster mushrooms into strips, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat, trying to cook off as much of the liquid as possible.

Add green bell peppers, plenty of cumin, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt, stir-fry briefly, and remove from heat.

Remember to stir-fry the green pepper, cumin, and king oyster mushroom sauce over low heat until it's a little dry at the end; it tastes delicious.

Braised beef is a must-have, I've recommended it countless times. Just heat it up and you get high-quality protein.
