Blanch the cured pork slices and remove them from the water!

Heat oil in a wok and add the cured pork, then fry until some of the fat is rendered.

Add a few small red chilies, garlic, and dried chili powder, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Next, add the potato slices and a few green peppers, and stir-fry for 15 seconds.

For seasoning, simply add a little dark soy sauce and chicken bouillon.

Stir-fry over high heat for 20 seconds and it's ready to serve!
