With summer approaching, sweet and sour tomato dishes are a regular on my family's table. Tomato fried eggs are a dish I never tire of; the fluffy fried eggs greedily soak up the tomato juice, and with one spoonful, the tender egg envelops an explosive burst of sweet and sour tomato flavor—it's simply divine! They're also perfect for rice bowls or noodles. However, I don't know why the tomatoes sold in the market these days don't taste like the ones from my childhood. They look pretty, but the flavor is becoming increasingly diluted. Don't worry, adding Heinz tomato sauce can make even the less appealing tomatoes in the market taste much better. One bottle of Heinz tomato sauce concentrates the essence of 10 naturally ripened, non-GMO fresh tomatoes. Just a squeeze, and the rich tomato flavor instantly awakens your taste buds. It's 0 additives, 0 artificial colors, and 0 fat; the ingredient list is as clean as a freshly washed tomato. For this tomato fried egg dish, it's the perfect finishing touch, making the tomatoes even more plump and vibrant—this is the highlight of any tomato dish. Bursting with Juice! Steps to Make Double the Rich Flavor of Tomato Fried Eggs

Prepare all the ingredients. Freeze the tomatoes in advance to make them easier to extract the pulp later. If you don't have time to freeze them, you can cook them directly.

Heinz tomato sauce is my secret to enhancing the rich tomato flavor of sweet and sour tomato dishes. It uses non-GMO ripe red tomatoes and contains no preservatives, artificial colors, or other high-tech ingredients, so you can eat it with peace of mind.

Beat the eggs and set aside. Mince the garlic (optional if you don't like garlic). Chop the scallions to avoid being overwhelmed later.

Take the frozen tomatoes out, rinse them with cold water, peel them, and cut them into chunks. Peeling them makes them taste better when you eat them, but you can skip this step if you don't have time.

Heat oil in a deep fryer. The width on the right is the size of the fried egg. Heat the oil to about 80% of its maximum temperature, then pour the egg mixture in from a height of about 20cm.

Once the shape is set, flip it over and continue frying until golden brown.

Remove the fried eggs from the water and use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil.

Next, prepare the sauce by squeezing Heinz tomato ketchup into a small bowl.

Then pour in light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a bowl of water, stir well and set aside;

Sauté minced garlic in a wok until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry until they release their juices;

Pour in the prepared sauce all at once and bring to a boil;

After boiling, add the fried eggs. Once it boils again and the broth thickens slightly, it's ready to serve. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

One bite and the fried egg soaks up the rich tomato sauce, bursting with delicious flavor—perfect for mixing with rice or noodles! Heinz brings out the true taste of tomatoes, so give it a try!
Bursting with juice in every bite! Tips for doubling the richness of tomato fried eggs
1. Freezing helps the tomatoes release their juices faster. If you're in a hurry, you don't need to freeze the tomatoes beforehand; just peel and chop them. 2. Prepare the sauce in advance so you won't be scrambling later.
