Steps for making 100 home-style dishes: Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Green Peppers

Cut the dried tofu into strips (I don't know how to cut diamonds, so I cut it into strips). Soak it in water for a while (about 5 minutes). While it's soaking, boil water, blanch the dried tofu for 2 minutes, then remove it, rinse it with cold water, and drain it.

Wash and chop the bell peppers, mince the garlic, and prepare the chopped green onions.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. (A spoon is used.)

Add the dried tofu and stir-fry. Add half a bowl of water and simmer for a while. Add 5 grams of salt, 3 grams of chicken bouillon, and 3 grams of five-spice powder, and stir-fry evenly. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with a little water, and when there is still some broth, pour it into the pot to thicken the sauce.

When the soup is almost reduced, add the green peppers. Stir-fry for a while until the soup is almost gone, then remove from heat.

This dish is incredibly delicious! If you like some sauce, you can avoid cooking it too dry.
