Method

   Prepare ingredients

   Crack the eggs into a bowl and add milk.

   Add sifted cake flour

   Use a hand whisk or chopsticks to mix the batter until it reaches the consistency shown in the picture. (When you lift the whisk, the batter should flow in thin lines.)

   Step 5

   Wash and peel the apple, then cut it into even, thin slices. Use a piping tip to remove the core from the apple.

   Dip the apple rings into the batter, coat them with batter, brush a layer of oil in a non-stick pan, and fry over low heat until golden brown.
