Spinach dumplings
Spinach Steamed Dumplings Recipe (with pictures and 18 steps). Use locally sourced pork, minced.

Method
- 01
Step 1
I bought free-range pork and chopped it up.

- 02
Step 2
Chop the scallions, then add salt, chicken bouillon, cooking wine, thirteen-spice powder, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

- 03
Step 3
Mix well

- 04
Step 4
Shred half a head of cabbage and blanch it.

- 05
Step 5
Blanch the cabbage in cold water, chop it finely, and mix it with the meat.

- 06
Step 6
I washed 5 large spinach leaves. If you prefer a darker color, you can add more.

- 07
Step 7
Take spinach leaves and blanch them in boiling water.

- 08
Step 8
Since we don't have a juicer at home, we can only pound it with a rolling pin.

- 09
Step 9
Please ignore the less vibrant color. Mix flour with a little warm water, knead into a dough, add spinach to one piece, and leave the other uncovered in a bowl. Let it rest for a while.

- 10
Step 10
Knead the dough into an oblong shape, and roll the vegetable dough into a flat, wide shape.

- 11
Step 11
Place the white dough inside, then wrap it with vegetable dough.

- 12
Step 12
Cut into small tassels

- 13
Step 13
Press into a flattened round shape

- 14
Step 14
Roll out the dough into dumpling wrappers using a rolling pin.

- 15
Step 15
Place the minced meat in the middle

- 16
Step 16
Pinch the edges tightly to create other shapes.

- 17
Step 17
Place the dumplings in a steamer lined with a steaming cloth, and steam for about 15 minutes.

- 18
Step 18
Sauce: A mixture of aged vinegar and light soy sauce is also delicious with steamed dumplings!
