Steps for making dry-pot baby bok choy
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients: baby bok choy, pork belly, garlic sprouts, broad bean paste, fermented black beans, minced garlic, and dried chili peppers.

Sauce: 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, a pinch of chicken bouillon powder
Step 3

Heat oil in a wok, add baby bok choy, stir-fry until just cooked, then remove from heat.

Stir-fry the pork belly until the oil is rendered.

Add 1 tablespoon of fermented soybean paste, fermented black beans, minced garlic, and dried chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add baby bok choy and sauce and stir-fry.
