The wood ear mushrooms are crunchy, the minced meat is tender, and the flavor is spicy and delicious. Just a couple of spoonfuls mixed with rice is incredibly tasty; it's so good it'll be gone in a flash!
Materials
Spicy minced pork and wood ear mushrooms, perfect for mixing with rice! Here are the steps:

❤️The minced meat should be chopped as finely as possible with a knife; a slightly coarse texture will improve the taste. Add salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch to the minced meat beforehand and mix well. Finally, add a little cooking oil to lock in the moisture and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Chop the black fungus into smaller pieces, slice the chili peppers into rings, and crush the garlic.

Heat oil in a wok, add minced pork belly and stir-fry quickly until it changes color, then remove from the wok.

Leave some oil in the pan, add chopped black fungus and red chili rings, stir-fry until just cooked.

Add half a spoonful of light soy sauce, a little salt, and chicken bouillon for seasoning;

Pour in the stir-fried shredded pork, add fermented black beans and chili powder, and stir-fry evenly.

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions for added aroma.

This is a cure for kids who don't like to eat; just mix it with two bowls of rice as a base. 🥰
