Steps for making sweet and sour pork ribs (11234)

Spare ribs cut into sections

Fresh baby back ribs

Grab two handfuls of flour

Wash the ribs thoroughly; flour can effectively remove blood and grease. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Place the blanching ingredients in a pot of cold water with cooking wine for 5 minutes to remove the blood foam. Rinse with warm water and drain.

To make a sweet and sour sauce: 1 teaspoon cooking wine (or rice wine), 1 teaspoon tomato sauce, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 3 teaspoons sugar, and 4 teaspoons vinegar. With just one spoon, remember these 11234, and you can make delicious sweet and sour pork ribs.

Sauté ginger in oil until fragrant.

Put the prepared ribs into a pot and stir-fry quickly over high heat until the moisture evaporates.

Pour the prepared sweet and sour sauce (from step 6) into the pot.

Stir-fry evenly until colored

Pour in boiling water until it is level with the ribs. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes, turning the pot a few times during the process to ensure even heating.

Once cooked, taste it to ensure the meat is tender and falls off the bone; then reduce the sauce until thickened.

Sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds before plating.
