Cucumber, carrot, and scallion, shredded and arranged on a plate; meat, shredded and set aside.

Add one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of oyster sauce, one spoonful of light soy sauce, one egg white, one spoonful of cornstarch, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and marinate for five minutes.

Mix together two tablespoons of soybean paste, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of cornstarch, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, and half a bowl of water.

Heat oil and stir-fry shredded pork until cooked through.
