Steps for making garlic lettuce from 100 home-style dishes
Step 1

Wash the lettuce and set aside.
Step 2

Mince the garlic and set aside.
Step 3

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little oil and a little salt. Once boiling, add the lettuce and blanch for about half a minute. Remove and set aside. (Adding oil and salt helps maintain the color of the lettuce.)
Step 4

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 5

After quickly stir-frying the lettuce for a few seconds, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 2 grams of salt, stir-fry quickly and evenly over medium heat.
Step 6

It doesn't need to be stir-fried for too long, about 1 minute is enough. Just stir-fry it evenly and it's ready to serve!
