Step 1

Blend all the seasonings into a juice.

Blanch the pork ribs in cold water to remove the scum, then remove and set aside.

Add warm water to a pot, add the pork ribs and three sections of scallion, pour in the sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for one hour. After one hour, add the potatoes and simmer for another twenty minutes. Finally, reduce the sauce over high heat until thickened, then remove from heat and serve.
