Steps for making steamed egg with shrimp paste and morel mushrooms

Take 10 dried morel mushrooms and soak them in water until they are completely softened.

Freeze 250g of fresh shrimp in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, peel off the shells and remove the vein (you can also devein them), you will get about 125g of shrimp meat.

After rinsing the shrimp with water, pat them dry with kitchen paper, then chop them finely, retaining a small amount of texture for a better taste.
