Homemade Cold Dishes Recipe Steps
Step 1

I used dried rice noodles, wood ear mushrooms, and kelp strips. First, boil these three ingredients in hot water until cooked, then rinse them in cold water. This will make them crisper.
Step 2

Chop some cilantro, dice some bird's eye chili, add salt, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, chicken bouillon, vinegar, and light soy sauce. Heat some oil and pour it over the top.

Drain the cold dishes and place them in a bowl for later use.
