Steps for making steamed abalone with minced garlic

It uses fresh abalone, not dried abalone.

Remove internal organs and mouth

Use a toothbrush to scrub it and remove the black stuff from the surface.

After cleaning, apply decorative cuts.

Marinate briefly with Shaoxing wine and a little salt.

Scrub the abalone shells clean.

I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so after scrubbing, I boil it in hot water for 1 or 2 minutes to kill bacteria.

Sauté minced garlic in oil over medium-low heat until light golden brown. Turn off the heat and add oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper powder. Mix well.

This garlic sauce makes everything taste delicious when steamed.

Place the abalone back into its shell and top with garlic sauce.

Steam over high heat for 3 minutes
