Steps for making braised pork with vermicelli

Green beans

Chinese cabbage

Potato

Dried green beans, wood ear mushrooms, and glass noodles

Ginger, garlic, dried chili peppers, star anise

1️⃣ Heat a little oil in the pan, then add the pork belly slices.

Stir-fry until oil is released

I made it more fragrant and less fatty if I fried it until it was slightly browned.

2⃣️ Add dry ingredients

Stir-fry evenly

3⃣️ Add green beans

Stir-fry evenly

4⃣️ Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, thirteen-spice powder, and MSG (to taste).

5⃣️ Add potatoes and stir-fry evenly.

6⃣️ Pour in hot water and boil for a while.

7⃣️ Add the soaked vegetables and cook for a while.

8⃣️ Add vermicelli

9⃣️ Add cabbage when it's almost done cooking.

Cook for a while, season, and it's ready to serve.
