
Yesterday I went to Sam's Club and bought a roast chicken. When I got home, I found out it was a sweet New Orleans style, which my wife didn't like. So I thought I'd cook it up and make it into a dry-pot shredded chicken.

Sam's Roasted Chicken Version - Dry Pot Shredded Chicken Recipe Steps
Step 1

Shred the chicken into your desired amount of shreds and set aside.
Step 2

Prepare a bunch of celery, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Also prepare dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, onions and other seasonings.
Step 3

Heat oil in a wok, add Sichuan peppercorns, onions, and dried chilies to sauté until fragrant. Then add shredded chicken and stir-fry evenly. Add seasonings and continue to stir-fry. Finally, add celery segments and stir-fry until just cooked. Transfer to a plate and serve.
