Steps for making sweet and sour lychee pork

Prepare the ingredients: pork shoulder, cucumber, bell peppers, minced garlic.
Sauce: 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons aged vinegar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and a little water.
Marinating: Chop the pork shoulder with the back of a knife and cut into chunks. Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, chicken bouillon, and cornstarch. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Fry in oil at 60% heat for 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Sauté minced garlic in oil until fragrant, add sauce and stir-fry, then add cucumber and bell peppers and mix well.
Add the meat and stir-fry evenly.

Plating
