The dried bean curd sticks were soaked for several hours and still had no hard core.
Step 3

Cut the dried bean curd sticks into sections and top them with braised mutton with angelica root. Adding fried dried bean curd sticks is also delicious.
Step 4

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 5

Sprinkle with chopped green onions and it's ready to serve.
