Braised Pork Ribs with Mushrooms - Home-Style Recipe Steps

Prepare the ingredients: pork ribs, dried shiitake mushrooms, onion, scallions, ginger, and garlic. Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms for at least 2 hours, then trim off the stems.

Heat oil in a pan, add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry, then add oyster sauce and a suitable amount of water and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Once the shiitake mushrooms are cooked, set them aside for later use.

Heat oil in a pan again, add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Add the ribs and sear for a while, then drizzle with rice wine for added aroma. Add the shiitake mushrooms, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

Once the pork ribs are cooked, add some onions and scallions, and you're done.
