I've loved my mom's stuffed egg rolls since I was little, and after becoming a mom myself, my kids love them too, so I've honed my skills. They taste amazing! (A simple home-style dish, made with regular methods, for reference only.)

Hakka Stuffed Egg Rolls (Home-style Dish) Recipe Steps

Prepare an appropriate amount of minced meat and 6 normal-sized eggs (this is the amount of 6 eggs). If you have a lot of minced meat, you can add more meat; if you have less minced meat, you can add less. It doesn't matter.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat with a small amount of oil, then crack in an egg. Fry the egg for about 30 seconds, then add a suitable amount of minced meat (as shown in the picture).

Fold the egg in half lengthwise with a spatula, then press it down with the spatula to adhere the egg to the meat. Once both sides are golden brown, remove the egg from the pan and plate it. (See video)

Once all the egg rolls are cooked, place them all in the pan. Add water and a spoonful of light soy sauce, cover the pan, and simmer over medium-high heat. (Flip them occasionally during cooking.)

As shown in the picture, reduce the sauce and fry until fragrant, then it's ready to be taken out of the pan.

Remove from heat and plate.

Come and try this super delicious stuffed egg roll! 😋 Let's make it together!
