For the sauce: Combine three tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of dark soy sauce, two tablespoons of oyster sauce, one tablespoon of satay sauce, a pinch of salt, cornstarch, and half a bowl of water. Stir well.

Blanch the sliced beef until it changes color, then remove and set aside.

Dice the potatoes, carrots, and onions and set aside.

Heat the oil, then add the potatoes.

Add onions and carrots, stir-fry evenly.

Add some water and bring to a boil.

Add the sliced beef, stir-fry until evenly mixed, and sprinkle with black pepper.
