Steps for making stir-fried green beans with shredded pork

Cut green beans and lean meat into strips and set aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and cooking oil, then add the chopped green beans and blanch for about 3 minutes. Remove and drain.

Add dark soy sauce, cooking oil, and cornstarch to the shredded meat and mix well. Marinate for about 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok again, then add the marinated shredded meat and stir-fry to remove moisture and meaty smell.

Once the oil in the pan becomes clear, add the garlic slices, dried chili peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the stir-fried green bean strips, add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes, turn off the heat, add MSG, stir well and it's ready to serve.
