Steps for making stir-fried pork with baby bok choy

Here are the ingredients you'll need. (Chop about 5 cloves of garlic; the garlic I'm using in this dish is minced garlic for another dish.)

Slice the pork, add seasonings and mix well, then marinate for 10 minutes. Ingredients: ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon white wine, 1 tablespoon peanut oil.

Heat oil in a wok, then add the pork.

Fry until slightly white.

Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce.

Mix well.

Add half of the minced garlic and stir.

Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, remove the pork and set it aside.

Leave some oil in the pan, turn the heat to high, and add minced garlic.

Add baby bok choy.

Stir-fry until the baby bok choy softens.

Add the pork.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon of light soy sauce, stir-fry for another two minutes, and it's ready.

Fragrant stir-fried pork with baby bok choy.

It goes perfectly with rice!
