Super delicious with rice! Dry-fried cauliflower and shrimp recipe steps ✨

1️⃣ Remove the veins from the prawns and devein them. 2️⃣ Mince a clove of garlic.

3️⃣ Wash the cauliflower, cut it into thin slices, stir-fry it in oil in a pan until it changes color, then turn off the heat and set aside.

4️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp heads to extract the shrimp oil.

5️⃣ Add the prawns and deep-fry until golden brown on both sides.
