Spicy Shrimp and Crab Casserole | Homemade Recipe Steps

I bought some hairy crabs; we're having them spicy instead of steamed today.

It's about the size of a palm, and should weigh about four or five ounces.

Three are enough.

Pan-fry them first, then coat them with cornstarch.

Simmer over low heat

Set the shape

Add the hot pot seasoning and corn (pre-cooked) and stir-fry. Then add the shrimp and minced garlic and stir-fry. If it's too dry, add a little water.

Stir-fry for about three or four minutes, then add the onions just before removing from the heat and reduce the sauce until almost thickened.

Garnish with chopped green onions

The hot pot seasoning alone was flavorful enough; no other seasonings were added.
