Steps to make tomato and cauliflower (quick and easy dish)

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and then start boiling it.

Wash tomatoes

Once the water boils, add the tomatoes and continue heating.

Cut the cauliflower into small strips, wash, and set aside.

When the tomato skin looks like the picture, remove it.

Peel off the skin

Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water.

Pour out the water and set aside.

Cut all the tomatoes into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, then add the tomatoes and stir-fry.

When it's stir-fried until it's half chunks and half sauce, transfer it to a plate.

Add some oil to the pan, then add the cooked cauliflower and stir-fry.

Then add the tomatoes to the pot and stir-fry.

Add water to the pot, sprinkle in some salt, add some tomato sauce, and simmer.

When the water in the pot has reduced to about the same consistency as in the picture, you can start transferring it to a plate.

The tomato cauliflower is ready.
