Peeling the broad beans to make broad bean paste is delicious. Today, I'm using it to stir-fry meat slices, which is a very quick and easy home-style dish. It can be ready in 8 minutes. The soft and powdery broad beans paired with the savory meat slices make for a very appetizing home-style dish.

Pour 10 ml of rapeseed oil into the wok

First, stir-fry the fermented soybean paste until it is just cooked through.

Pour in 200 ml of water

Cover and simmer for 3 minutes

Open the pot lid and pour in the pre-marinated pork slices (use 1 gram of salt, 1 tablespoon of Sijiting organic black truffle soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 5 grams of cornstarch, and 5 ml of rapeseed oil to mix well and marinate for 30 minutes).

Continue to simmer with the lid on for 5 minutes.
