Quick and easy meal for busy working people: Stir-fried green beans with minced meat 🤣 This way of cooking green beans is really delicious with rice.

Minced meat, chopped chili peppers, and minced garlic cloves

Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat and stir-fry until it's cooked through and changes color. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.

Add one tablespoon of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, and two or three drops of dark soy sauce (to color the minced meat), stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add chopped red chili peppers and stir-fry briefly.

After stir-frying the green beans for 30 seconds, add salt and chicken bouillon, and stir-fry again.

Pour in water, just enough to cover the green beans, and simmer over medium-low heat.

There's still some broth left; pour in half a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry to color it.

Finally, the plate is placed on top.
