Stir-fried bean sprouts, an incredibly delicious recipe!

Cut ham into strips, green bell pepper into shreds, wash and drain bean sprouts, put dried Sichuan peppercorns in a bowl, chop dried chili peppers and minced garlic into small pieces, soak in warm water, drain, slice bird's eye chili into rings, and slice scallions into rings.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce to bean sprouts

A spoonful of oyster sauce

Appropriate amount of white sugar

A spoonful of vinegar

A spoonful of sesame oil

More salt

Add shredded green bell pepper

The ham changes color when the oil is heated.

Remove and set aside

Sauté Sichuan peppercorns in hot oil until fragrant.

Remove the Sichuan peppercorns.

Add minced garlic and chili pieces to the oil.

Add bean sprouts and ham, stir-fry together.

Add the chopped chili peppers and bean sprouts, stir-fry over high heat for a few seconds.
